Your build has one price, quoted from the plan before anything is written. Once the site is live, one monthly retainer keeps it hosted, edited and supported. Neither bill moves with how much you use.
Describe the site and we write the plan: every page, every feature, every integration, and the checks the finished site has to pass. The price comes from that plan, and it does not change while we build.
You pay it in two parts, or three on larger builds. The first is due when you accept the contract. The last waits until the checks have passed and you have accepted the delivery.
Reading the plan costs nothing. Nothing is built, and nothing is billed, until you approve it.

What a revision round covers
A revision round adjusts what your contract already names: the words, the images, the order of sections, the colours. Each plan carries a set number of rounds a month, and the contract defines exactly what one round holds.
A new page, feature, integration or kind of data changes the contract instead. That is a change order: it gets a fixed quote by the same rule as the build, and it joins the contract only when you sign it.
