Wait in the car, not the lobby
Check in by text; we come get you when your room is ready. The lobby is for buying treats, not for stacking anxious dogs nose to nose.

Separate entrance, separate air handling, zero barking within earshot. Every feline room runs a pheromone diffuser and keeps the lights low.

Treats before thermometers
The first two minutes of any visit belong to your pet: liver snacks, a sniff of everything, exam table optional — the floor works fine.

No mystery trips "to the back" for routine care. Whatever happens, you're there, and we narrate every step as we go.
