slow sunday
A slow-living weekend & brunch club

the weekend, unhurried.

A membership for people who would rather linger. No agenda, no optimising — just one beautifully unproductive day, made on purpose, every week.

The credo

We were sold a faster life. We are quietly handing it back.

Slow Sunday began as a standing invitation between friends — leave the phone face-down, let the coffee go cold and pour another, and protect one day a week from being useful. What started at a single long table is now a small membership for people who want the same thing: permission to slow down, and good company to do it with.

What you get

Membership is small things, done generously.

Four standing comforts, renewed every season. Nothing flashy — just a weekend that takes care of itself.

01

A seat at the long table

Your standing reservation at our Sunday brunch — a slow, communal table at a rotating cast of warm neighbourhood kitchens. Arrive late. Stay later. We'll have saved you a chair near the window.

02

The slow-mornings guide

A seasonal little book of unhurried rituals, recipes, and routes — posted, not emailed.

03

Member salons

Quiet monthly gatherings — a reader, a record, a slow supper. Conversation, not networking.

04

The no-rush guarantee

If a Sunday ever felt hurried, we'll make the next one ours. Membership pauses freely while life gets loud, and picks up exactly where you left it — no streaks, no penalties, no catching up to do.

A typical slow sunday

One day, stretched out to its full, lazy length.

09:40

A late, unbothered rise

No alarm. The light does the waking. You find the kettle before the phone, and the first thing you read is the window.

11:15

The long brunch

The table fills. Plates are passed twice. Someone tells a story you've heard before and it's better the second time. No one checks the time, because today, no one has anywhere to be.

14:30

A slow walk, nowhere in particular

Out into the afternoon with no destination — the kind of walk that's really just a long conversation that happens to be moving.

18:00

The soft landing

Home before dark, tired in the good way. The week ahead waits patiently at the door — and for once, you let it wait.

Join the club

Two ways in. Both unhurried.

Membership is intentionally small and intentionally affordable — money decides how often you join the table, never how warm the welcome is. Cancel any Sunday.
