T-06 STARTUP · GUIDANCE IS INTERNAL
Vector is a fully reusable two-stage launch vehicle flying 18,400 kg to low Earth orbit every eleven days. You book it like freight: a mass, an orbit, a date. We hold the date. Thirty-one flights in, the manifest has slipped a customer exactly twice — both times weather, both times under 48 hours.
T-05 VEHICLE
Every Vector booster is built to fly again in eleven days with nothing swapped but the payload adapter. B1007 has flown eight times; its ninth is already sold.
Reuse only pays if the vehicle was designed for the second flight before the first. Vector's structures carry 40% fatigue margin over a 25-flight life, the engines come off only at overhaul, and the legs are inspected where they stand. What lands on Tuesday is vertical on a transporter-erector the following Friday.
The result is a launch cadence that behaves like a schedule instead of a lottery — and a vehicle whose 32nd flight costs us less than its 2nd did.
Figures are Block 4, fully reusable configuration. Expending the booster adds roughly 22% to LEO mass and is priced accordingly — we would rather have the booster back.
T-04 MANIFEST
Every confirmed mission through Q1 2027, updated the day anything changes. Rideshare mass sells in 50 kg increments; when a slot says open, it is bookable today.

CASTELLAN-2 payload mass withheld at customer request. Standard integration runs 90 days from signed manifest to encapsulation; late-load for time-critical payloads closes at L-18 hours.
T-03 PROPULSION
Nine Kestrels light in staggered pairs across 1.4 seconds so the pad hold-downs never see a net moment. From T+00:00:06 the vehicle flies engine-out: lose one, the other eight throttle up and the guidance re-plans the ascent in 40 milliseconds. It has happened once in 31 flights — F19 reached its exact insertion orbit on eight engines, and the customer learned about it from our press release, not from their orbit.
T-02 RANGE
Cape Sable throws east over the Atlantic for LEO, GTO and lunar injection. Ninilchik throws south over open Pacific for sun-synchronous and polar. Between them: azimuths 035° through 220°, no dogleg penalties.

T-01 FLIGHT RECORD

The one that wasn't clean: F19, 14 March 2025 — engine 5 shut down at T+00:04:11, the mission reached its exact insertion orbit on eight engines, and the booster was lost downrange in heavy seas. The full findings ran to 214 pages and were published, unredacted, 41 days later.
